Preliminary Design Development 

The Perkins+Will Branded Environments and Architecture teams conducted a Visual Listening and Feedback workshop centered around the current perception and future view of the University of Kentucky Student Center brand and culture with a representative group of participants.


Descriptive visuals, objects and a deep dive around the desired stories to be told within the new Student Center building. A all-encompassing design exercise was accommodated to determine environments and applications that resonated strongly with the focused group. This design development brings together the findings of the Branded Environments team, and presents two design concept directions that embody the values and unique stories of the University of Kentucky.
