Created the form of the crest by extruding one cube box into its double size. Conceptual idea
of the design was to occupy the void inside that transparent object. I used all 248 names of our
faculty members, staff s and administrators in the university. They are etched on the 18 mm
acrylic all around the horizontal surfaces of the crest. Neither it has any 'front' or 'back' side
as it will resonate all the range of memories with his colleagues and I wanted to create his
absence through respecting the void inside.
